Welcome and thank you for visiting my page. I offer both in-person sessions and Telehealth. I'm in the office Mondays & Thursdays and available most weekdays and evenings. Call today, I'm happy to answer any questions you have about my practice. I have experience working with professionals, executives and older adults struggling with depression, anxiety, emotional sensitivity, burnout, substance use, work stress, relationship issues, life transitions and retirement. I use an eclectic style that incorporates modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and more. I do this all from a client-centered counseling perspective and I can teach you coping skills to manage your stress more effectively. I am out of network with insurance, and I can provide you with a superbill which will help with reimbursement. You can also use your HSA to pay.
